apartment in Croatia!
There are pictures and detailed informations for every room/apartment about all
the conveniences, that it offers (for example: distance from the sea or from the
center of the town). There is also a schedule. You can immediately find out which
periods are available and you can determine the total-sum for that period (30 % of
the total-sum has to be paid in advance). Upon arrival to the accommodation unit,
the guest has to pay to the owner the rest of the amount of the accommodation price
and the Sojourn Tax unless it is already included in the price. Rates of exchange help you to
find out the price in the currency you request. You can fill up the reservation
questionnaire at the end.
The owner of accommodation will contact you as soon as possible to let you know if the
requested period is available or not. You will also be instructed how to make an
advance payment to confirm your reservation. After paying in, owner will send you the
payment confirmation with the following content:
1. Name, surname & phone number of the renter/owner
2. Address of the apartment/room
3. Name & address of the person who made an advance payment
4. Number of guests
5. Arrival date & departure date & the advance payment amount
6. The rest of the price (you have to pay it to the owner, while using the accomodation service).
7. A short description of the easiest way how to get to the rented apartment/room or map.
